Program Terms and Conditions
  1. The Printery House Affiliate Program is available to non-profit Christian churches, schools and organizations of all denominations within the United States. The Printery House reserves the right to determine eligibility on a case by case basis.
  2. Your institution (hereafter, "you") enters into a marketing agreement with The Printery House ("we, us"). You agree to provide advertising for the Printery House in the form of a link from your website to that of the Printery House, bulletin announcements, and/or other methods that you deem suitable, and to publicize and encourage the use of the program to your members and supporters.
  3. The Printery House agrees to pay a marketing fee of 7% of merchandise sales on orders originating from your advertising. You are issued a Keycode which is used to track orders from your advertising. When anyone uses your Keycode when making a purchase by any method— phone, mail, fax or Internet—your institution will be credited. This program cannot be combined with any other offers or applied to discounted orders.
  4. At the end of each calendar quarter, the Printery House will calculate the net merchandise sales (sales not including shipping charges, less returns and uncollected debt) associated with your institution's Keycode and add a marketing fee equal to 7% of those net sales to your Affiliate account.
  5. When your Affiliate account balance exceeds $10.00, a check will be issued to your organization. If your account balance is less than $10.00, the marketing fees earned each quarter will be accumulated in your Affiliate account until the balance is more than $10.00. This is done to minimize our administrative cost for handling inactive accounts.
  6. Your participation in the program may be cancelled at any time by you or by us via written or email notification. Upon cancellation, any marketing fees remaining in your Affiliate account will be paid within 30 days.
  7. To enroll in the program, fill out the application on our website at http://www.printeryhouse.org/Affiliates, email affiliates@printeryhouse.org, or call us at 660-944-3110.
  8. The Printery House can provide limited technical assistance in setting up a link on your website, graphics for web or print advertising, and quantities of our printed catalog upon request. Technical instructions for web site links can be found on our web site.
