On Monday through Friday, 8am to 4:30pm Central Time, your phone orders or customer service requests are handled by our own people. Outside of those hours, an answering service is provided to help you. The web site will be open all day, every day (barring technical difficulties) and we will promptly attend to your order or customer service problem on the remaining 305 days of the year.
