Clemens Schmidt (1901-1984 )                              
Clemens Schmidt  was one of the leading religious graphic artists in Germany.  In 1928 he began working for Matthias Grunewald publishing company of Wiesbaden, Germany and also studied with the famous designer Rudolph Koch.  Clemens designed many of the products of Printery House in the 1950s and 1960s such as greetings cards, stationery, Christmas and Easter cards and wedding invitations.
