(Inside left) We are confident, we are sure, O Lord, gracious Father, that the pioneer of our salvation, our Savior Jesus, has gone out to meet those who have passed to their heavenly homeland. We are confident, we are sure, that you will reunite us by sight and glorified touch, what now only faith allows us to believe. AMEN (Inside right) May the peace of the Lord bring you comfort in knowing that your loved one is at peace, now restored to perfect joy and is now near Jesus at the right hand of God.

Oil painting of Christ being taken down from the cross. The art was modeled after the Stations of the Cross in the Marienkirche in Stuttgart, Germany which were originally painted by monks of the Abbey of Beuron.
